Bad news - StarCraft 2 won’t be out this year

“… Some people were hoping, because of how advanced the game looks, that we’d have it out by Christmas, but that’s definitely not happening … ” - says Rob Pardo, vice president of game design at Blizzard Entertainment for MSNB.
They talked about many things regarding StarCraft 2 development - size of team (approximately 40 people), timeline for release for StarCraft II (It’ll ship when it’s ready,), about new engine, Battle.net planed improvements and so on.
